We're winners!

Last Thursday our team travelled down to London to the 2025 Retail Technology Innovation Hub awards for an evening celebrating the biggest innovators in the retail sector.

We were delighted to come away with an Editor's Choice award, recognising our hard work in the rolling out of New Look's new retail system. It is a testament to our whole team who work exceptionally hard to ensure projects are completed smoothly, on time and in budget.

The rollout took place this summer and was a huge success thanks to the combined efforts of our projects team, New Look IT and software provider Enactor. The upgrade means that New Look stores now operate a simplified and faster system which is already transforming the in-store experience for both customers and New Look staff.

Huge congratulations to all the worthy winners and finalists at this year's RTIH Awards, and many thanks to the whole RTIH team for a fantastic evening!
