Celebrating the success of New Look's till system rollout

Last month our team completed the rollout of a new HP till system across New Look's store estate. The upgrade means that New Look stores now operate a simplified and faster system which is already transforming the in-store experience for both customers and New Look staff - affectionately known as 'New Lookers'.

Our projects team worked closely alongside New Look IT and software provider Enactor to ensure a smooth build and rollout process. With every project that takes place in store, we understand that the customer experience comes first, so the rollout was completed out of hours to allow stores to trade as usual and minimise any disruption to New Lookers and customers.

The benefits of the new till system are already being seen in stores. Elaine Cartwright, Retail Director at New Look, explains,

"The upgraded tills are more reliable and intuitive, making transactions quicker, queues shorter, and giving our New Lookers more time with customers."
