With around 26 million subscribers and over 450 stores across the UK, O2 is one of the largest mobile network operators in the UK.
Retail Response began to work with O2 in 2019, taking responsibility for new store installations, and existing store refits and relocations. Store equipment is decommissioned from O2 sites and returned to Retail Response’s head office, where it is stored, tested and refurbished before being redeployed into O2 sites.
Our professionalism, reliability and superb value was rewarded as we were selected to deinstall and install O2’s card payment devices at sites. Our real-time stock-tracking system and secure warehouse means this is completed in accordance with industry P2PE protocols.
