Our team of directly employed engineers have been carrying out installations for numerous customers throughout the UK for over 15 years, (please see our clients page for further details.) We are experts in minimising risk and ensuring your site is online and trading as quickly as possible. All works are signed off by the engineer and the store manager via an online checklist for your peace of mind.
Should the unexpected occur, our engineers carry spare equipment, so any DOA kit can be replaced and the job successfully completed. If this isn’t possible our service desk and project management team will work with you, and any relevant suppliers, to get the store online as soon as possible.
Service management tracking
Engineer location, stock tracking, and installation sign-offs are all available in real-time on our bespoke service management system, so all parties are aware of how the job is progressing. Any issues can be escalated appropriately as soon as possible.
Our company is fully PCI compliant and our engineers are aware of how to correctly install, configure and sign-off new payment devices. This process is visible on our service management portal.
