L’Oréal is the world's largest cosmetics company and was founded in Paris, France by chemist Eugène Schueller in 1909. In the UK and ROI, L’Oréal operates 251 concessions and boutiques and includes the brands Kiehl’s, Lancôme and Urban Decay.

Alongside its boutiques and concessions, the company has developed a large network of home-based beauty advisors in recent years which has significantly grown its demand for hardware and software support.

Retail Response’s comprehensive end-to-end service solution provides L’Oréal with a single point of contact for all of the company’s IT systems. Our in-house Service Desk provides 1st line support for boutiques, concessions and home-based beauty advisors, and our directly employed Field Service team are on hand and equipped with parts to fix any in store hardware issues. From our head office in Leeds, the Retail Response Project Management and Warehouse teams lead on build management, maintenance, repair and hardware storage.

All Retail Response projects and services, including L’Oréal, are managed and tracked in real-time via our bespoke service management system.
