Established in 1982, Waterstones is one of the UK's leading book retailers.


Retail Response provide on-site support services 7 days per week, to around 300 stores across the UK and Ireland. The support service delivers excellent, market leading value with no compromise on reliability and service standards.


Waterstones approached Retail Response at the start of 2019 after their existing supplier were unable to continue to deliver the service. Due to our wealth of experience as specialists in service transition, the Retail Response service desk and on-site teams integrated with the Waterstones IT helpdesk quickly and seamlessly to ensure a successful transition.


Post pandemic we continue to deliver innovative, consistently reliable and cost-effective support to Waterstones stores.
