Retail Response ventures into new industry with support for Evergreen Garden Care manufacturing centres

Retail Response has weeded out the competition to secure the on site and service desk support contract for Evergreen Garden Care, the leading garden care company outside of North America.
The significant business win sees Retail Response venture into a new area of the retail industry away from traditional stores and hospitality premises.
Evergreen Garden Care has seven manufacturing centres throughout the UK where the company produces its range of garden care products, including household names Miracle-Gro, Roundup and Weedol Weed Killer. The company has enlisted Retail Response to support a range of hardware equipment used throughout its sites, including laptop and desktop PCs and label printers.
Faults will be logged to our in-house Service Desk team who are available 7 days a week to remotely diagnose the issue. If the fault cannot be repaired remotely, a member of our nationwide Field Service team will attend site, equipped in advance with the correct equipment, to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The Field Service team will also be responsible for carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance checks across the seven sites throughout the year to maximise hardware efficiency and reduce the number of equipment faults.
