Alongside store support services, Retail Response has a wealth of experience in project services and management, working alongside internal IT teams to successfully install new or replacement technology.
We’ve recently completed a successful rollout of Aura Vision technology in more than 200 O2 stores nationwide.
The team behind Aura Vision describes the technology as “like Google Analytics for physical stores”. It utilises visitor analytics for retailers and helps brands improve their in-store experiences by tracking visitor demographics, movement and engagement from existing security cameras.
Aura Vision was installed into O2 stores throughout late 2023 and early 2024.
Following the successful completion of Auravision installations, Retail Response was then contracted to install the 8x8 business phone system in 257 O2 sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.
8x8 is a leading Software-as-a-Service provider of voice, video, chat, contact center and enterprise-class API solutions powered by one global cloud communications platform. 8x8 enables workforces worldwide to connect individuals and teams so they can collaborate faster and work smarter.
The system was installed by Retail Response engineers throughout a 3 Month period.
Both the Aura Vision and 8x8 projects are part of O2’s continual refurbishment programme, with several more projects in the pipeline for 2024 and beyond.
