What’s on the horizon for 2023?

2022 was a proud year for the Retail Response team.


We have continued to grow both our customer portfolio and our fantastic team of staff, despite the highly publicised cost of living and inflation pressures which have affected many businesses throughout the UK.


In summer we were delighted to commence the support contract for New Look, one of the UK’s best-known high-street retailers. Our winning pitch for New Look came off the back of more than 18 years working with leading retailers including Card Factory, White Stuff, WH Smith and S


pace NK. Following a successful transition in summer and early autumn, our support service for New Look is now well under way, with our engineers supporting retail systems hardware in their 400+ stores nationwide.


2023 is already shaping up to be an exciting year for Retail Response. The company has already won a new support contract with a UK-wide, household name retailer, and we have some exciting projects in the pipeline following multiple successful projects for the likes of O2, The Range and VCG in 2022. In September we will reach a huge business milestone as the company will begin its 20th year of trading. It’s a huge achievement for the whole team and we look forward to the next 20 years!


As always, our customers are our number one priority and we will be continuing our ‘continual service improvement’ strategy throughout 2023. Following multiple hires in 2022, we have a fantastic team of engineers nationwide who are equipped with stock in advance to ensure any store IT issues cause minimum disruption and are fixed as soon as possible.
