Green light on two key accreditations

Retail Response has recently secured ISO 27001:2013 accreditation and Safe Contractor approval, two key accreditations which will be of huge benefit to both the business and our customers.

The ISO 27001 certification is an internationally recognised standard that aims to protect vital information assets including employee and customer data, particularly as the world becomes more reliant on technology and therefore more vulnerable to cyber-attacks. As an ISO 27001 certified company, Retail Response and our customers will benefit from a reduced risk of security breaches, trusted data handling and reduced system downtime amongst other advantages.

As well as security information, using ISO also enables us to vigorously protect all company confidential financial information, demonstrating to our customers that we are a trusted supplier both in principle and practice.

Recognised by 35,000 contractors and 480 big name brands, SafeContractor is an accreditation scheme which ensures that an organisation meets the necessary requirements around health and safety, equal opportunities, diversity and environmental management practices.

Retail Response has been SafeContractor accredited for more than ten years, and we’re delighted that we have recently received approval for another year. This means that any new customers or partners can see straight away that there is little to no risk in working with us and it proves that our health and safety processes are rigorous and continuously being improved.
