Founded in 1901 by Scottish footballer Robert Syth McColl, McColl's now have more than 1,500 convenience stores in the UK. 


McColl's have relied on Retail Response for support of their in-store scanning equipment for more than five years. Handheld scanning equipment and access points are configured and shipped out from our repair centre and warehouse in Wetherby. Our nationwide network of engineers then attend site and repair or replace the equipment on-site as required. 

As well as equipment maintenance, Retail Response also rolled out the installation of new access points to over 270 McColl's sites across the UK. Similarly Retail Response are responsible for cabling and installation of access points at McColl's new store openings. 

McColl's experience extremely high levels of customer satisfaction, with Retail Response offering maximum uptime at a minimum cost across projects and day-to-day service.
