Established in 1876, Wells and Co. is one of the UK’s leading brewers, with more than 40 pubs across England and France. Operating in the unforeseen pressures of 2020, Wells approached Retail Response directly to see how they could make cost-savings on their IT spend, without compromising on standards.

Due to their rapid growth plans of their managed sites, it was an ideal opportunity to review the EPOS hardware in their estate. The new sites provided a testing ground to prove the reliability of the Retail Response SunPOS equipment. The equipment was chosen due to its excellent reliability and exceptionally competitive pricing, a combination of which has provided Wells with an excellent value solution for the replacement of legacy POS.
