Celebrating one year of New Look support

We can hardly believe it, but this month marks one year since Retail Response began providing store support services to high street fashion giant New Look.


Retail Response won the company’s store systems support contract in 2022 thanks to our competitive pricing, unrivalled reliable service, financial stability and consistent year-round SLA compliance, all of which were highlighted as major benefits for the New Look IT team.


Over the 12-month period, Retail Response technicians have resolved more than 3,800 issues across New Look’s 400+ stores nationwide, from as far north as the Highlands right down to the South Coast. Throughout the year, the team has achieved an average SLA of 96% across New Look sites, a fantastic achievement not just for our team of Field Technicians but also our head office staff who repair equipment, manage tickets and assist engineers on site.


As we head into the final months of the year, the Retail Response team will continue to support New Look stores throughout the busiest time of the retail calendar, making sure that equipment remains online and operating throughout the festive period.
